Shuttle SB81P XPC

Pretty bad start for the GMA900, in this case failing even to allow me to run the benchmark. I tried new drivers, clean install of both XP and Farcry to no avail. Tremendous performance from the GT though!



The difference is enormous, as you would expect from such a powerful nvidia card, the GMA900 result is not really playable, but sacrificing the IQ or resolution would bring the FPS to a more comfortable rate.



This ageing game shows reasonable frame rates, this brings into perspective how much better Intel's current onboard GPU is than previous attempts like the "Not-so-Extreme Graphics" on the 845G chipset series.



Once again, the GT blows the onboard GPU clean out of the water; unless you are prepared to reduce some of the quality settings you will find it difficult to play this game at a decent frame rate.
